Things that matter to me

Simplicity

This one won't surprise you. As a designer and founder I try and break things down to the simplest possible execution of a solution. This means thoroughly understanding the problem, exploring options and iterating.

Collaboration

I believe that the work produced can be as great as the team that is producing the work. I also believe that insight and inspiration can come from diverse and sometimes unexpected perspectives.

Respect

Respect matters a lot, not only to me personally but to people who are using the product we are designing for, the team we collaborate with and the company we are designing for. Understanding the why and uniqueness of each perspective builds a stronger result.

Vibrancy

Vibrancy is that human spark element that is hard to define, but creates a magical moment of delight. I strive to create experiences that feel and function a little bit vibrant and magical.
